The Minelab Equinox 800 features a straight shaft with an external handle. The lower shaft is made of carbon, and the shafts are connected by collet clamps. Indicative values range from -9 to 0 for iron objects and from 0 to 40 for detecting more valuable objects, with silver having higher conductivity and gold having moderately high conductivity.
